1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

General Pest & Termite Solutions provides professional pest management, termite inspection, and treatment services. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians in accordance with NSW regulations.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided are based on the initial information provided by the customer and a subsequent property inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before any treatment begins.

• A $50 refundable deposit is required to secure a service booking.
• The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Service Warranties

We offer service warranties ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the type of treatment provided. Specific warranty details will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties are only valid if all recommendations provided by our technicians (e.g., sanitation, structural repairs) are followed.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to all areas of the property required for inspection and treatment. Customers must also follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians to ensure the safety of occupants and the effectiveness of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

General Pest & Termite Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the presence of pests on the property.
